Business Development Manager (International Markets)

  • Contact potential overseas partners to establish rapport and arrange online meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Research organizations and individuals to explore partnership opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new international markets
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Developing proposals for international clients.
  • Develop goals for the team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Our Requirements:

  • Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident
  • Bachelor’s degree or Polytechnic graduate in business, marketing or related field.
  • Experience in international sales and marketing
  • Knowledge with medical products and or lighting products is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, social media savvy and IT fluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Willing to travel on a regular basis

Sales Manager (Projects)

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a sales plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
  • Meet planned project sales goals.
  • Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Track sales goals and report results as necessary.
  • Oversee overall activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

  • Run company social media advertising campaigns on major social platforms.
  • Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.
  • Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
  • Monitor the company’s brand on social media.
  • Build brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
  • Manage online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
  • Respond to comments on each of the company social media accounts.
